I am an attorney in Albuquerque practicing in criminal law and plaintiffs medical malpractice. I also have business interests in the cannabis and cbd space, and am partners in a construction company. I like doing jujitsu and judo in my spare time. I like cigars. I am married to Nancy Murphy Bowles and we have three sons. I have practiced law for 28 years. I spent 5 years as a federal prosecutor in Las Cruces and Albuquerque, trying narcotics, white collar and violent crime cases. I’ve spent the last 22 years fighting on behalf of individual clients in criminal cases and in medical malpractice and wrongful death matters. My biggest satisfaction in the practice of law comes from helping people through some of the worst times in their lives, getting them to the other side successfully, and giving them hope.
Q: Please tell us a little bit about your family.
My wife Nancy is Italiana and a rock star. We have three sons, Jake, Dylan and Ryan and we are proud of all of them. Two of our sons are now married and our first grandchild is on the way in late August.

My wife Nancy inspires me all the time to be better. She also practices jujitsu and is an all around badass! My parents have always inspired me to be better since I was a kid.

I would have to say Billy Marchiondo, RIP, an amazing lawyer, with incredibly interesting stories about his cases and people he helped along the way.
Q: What advice would you give to people?
Work hard, tell the truth, be good to people, and above all just never give up, no matter how hard it gets.
